Christ the King – World Youth Day Local Celebration 21.11.21

Join Sydney Catholic Youth for the biggest youth event since Sydney’s Lockdown in June 2021! On the 21st of November from 6:00pm to 7:15pm we will be having a local celebration of World Youth Day on the Feast of Christ the King.
We are inviting all young people in our Archdiocese to gather together for a Mass at St Mary’s Cathedral celebrated by Archbishop Anthony Fisher.
The evening will include:
6:00pm – Mass at St Mary’s Cathedral with Archbishop Fisher
7:15pm – Dinner to be given out to all participants outside St Mary’s Cathedral College Hall
THERE ARE ONLY 100 SPOTS AVAILABLE so please REGISTER ASAP.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 400 people will be permitted in the Church at one time. Masks are mandatory indoors and communal singing is not permitted. Sydney Catholic Youth will ensure strict hygiene measures are in place and we ask that you please keep the 1.5m physical distance from others. We ask that if you are feeling unwell and/or have mild flu symptoms, that you do not attend the event.

If you are a youth leader who wishes to bring their young people to the Mass, please make sure you arrange the necessary youth leaders/parental support to ensure your young people get back home safely.
